1. Entries can be of any genre, including, but not limited to, feature films, documentaries, cartoons, experimental films, etc. .

Production year:

1. Each entry must be completed within the past five years to ensure freshness and modernity.

Requirements:

1. The minimum length of the entries shall not be less than 10 minutes and the maximum length shall not exceed 180 minutes (including the final credits) .

Language Requirements:

1. All entries may be shot in any language, but English subtitles are required if they are not in English.

Copyright Requirements:

1. Entries must be made without infringing any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.

Submission format:

1. All entries must be submitted as digital files, including online links or video files.

Assessment criteria:

1. The film will be judged on creativity, narrative quality, director's perspective, performance, technical achievement and overall impact.

Awards:

1. Each award will be decided by the jury based on the results of the selection of the best entries and their production team.

Copyright & Presentation:

1. The entrants retain full copyright of their works, but agree to allow CINEMA DU Cannes PROJECTFILM CHALLENGE to display and promote the winning works during and after the competition.

Application Fee:

1. Submissions may be subject to an application fee, which is used to sponsor the competition and subsequent activities.
